Mr. Kambeitz currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and has played a founding role in many other Canadian and United States based private companies, as well as Canadian based public companies. Previously, Mr. Kambeitz has executive experience in a variety of industries including energy, agriculture, food production engineering, and manufacturing.

Wayne Bernakevitch is a senior business lawyer with the law firm, McDougall Gauley LLP, the oldest law firm in Saskatchewan. With over 25 years of experience, Wayne specializes in business development, corporate and business structuring, organization and reorganization of businesses and corporate governance and is the Chairman of the Board of Delta CleanTech Inc., the parent company of Carbon RX.

Jeff Allison - Director

Jeff Allison has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance and business development and is the President of Delta CleanTech Inc. (the parent company of Carbon RX), a technology industry leader in CO2 capture, solvent & glycol reclamation, hydrogen infrastructure, and CO2 & methane management.  Jeff previously worked for a major Canadian Bank financing the oil and gas service business in Western Canada.

CHIEF REGINALD BELLEROSE – Director



Chief Reginald Bellerose served as Chief of Muskowekwan First Nation for 17 years and has a distinguished political history of fulfilling a stewardship role for key First Nations organizations and institutions. Chief Bellerose holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Concordia University in Edmonton. Chief Bellerose has been critical in advancing key initiatives that have positively impacted First Nations across the country.

Marty Seymour - Director

Marty Seymour has 25 years experience in business development and finance. In Mr. Seymour’s previous role with Farm Credit Canada, he engaged with national industry associations, government officials, and industry influencers to help advance the interests of Canadian agriculture in areas of Carbon Management, Carbon Sequestration and First Nations Agri-Business.

In Marty’s role as CEO of Canadian Western Agribition, Marty was instrumental in positioning Regina as an international agriculture centre of excellence. Mr. Seymour has been involved in multiple trade missions to South East Asia, Australia, and the US. He has held various Board posts over the years including the economic development board seats of First Nations and Innovation Saskatchewan and currently sits on the University of Saskatchewan's Board of Governors.

Marty’s reputation as a connector and thought leader recently earned him the distinction of CWA’s Top 50 in Canadian Agriculture for his contribution to the industry.

Garth Fredrickson - Director

Garth Fredrickson is a successful Saskatchewan commercial property and business developer. Garth previously served for two years as the Chairman of the Board of the University of Regina Board of Governors, including 2 years as Chairman of the Board. He is a community builder and sits on numerous boards in Saskatchewan.
