Lionel Kambeitz

Lionel Kambeitz is a recognized professional in Business Development and International Business Relations. Mr. Kambeitz currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and has played a founding role in many other Canadian and United States based private companies, as well as Canadian based public companies. Previously, Mr. Kambeitz has executive experience in a variety of industries including energy, agriculture, food production engineering, and manufacturing.

Marty Seymour - Chief Executive Officer

Marty Seymour has 25 years experience in business development and finance. In Mr. Seymour’s previous role with Farm Credit Canada, he engaged with national industry associations, government officials, and industry influencers to help advance the interests of Canadian agriculture in areas of Carbon Management, Carbon Sequestration and First Nations Agri-Business.

In Marty’s role as CEO of Canadian Western Agribition, Marty was instrumental in positioning Regina as an international agriculture centre of excellence. Mr. Seymour has been involved in multiple trade missions to South East Asia, Australia, and the US. He has held various Board posts over the years including the economic development board seats of First Nations and Innovation Saskatchewan and currently sits on the University of Saskatchewan's Board of Governors.

Marty’s reputation as a connector and thought leader recently earned him the distinction of Canadian Western Agribition's Top 50 in Canadian Agriculture for his contribution to the industry.

Marty was also a recipient of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Medal for his contributions in agriculture.

Karlee Vorrieter – Chief of Staff

Karlee Vorrieter has several years experience in domestic and international marketing in the agri-food industry. Her work played a critical role helping Canadian farmers and ranchers access domestic and international markets. Karlee’s work also extended into the promotion and collaboration of First Nations agriculture initiatives through the execution of the CWA Indigenous Agriculture Summit. Karlee has cemented her position as a strong communicator and brand builder in Canadian agriculture and food.

JACELYN CASE - CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Jacelyn Case CPA, CMA has over 15 years experience in financial management and reporting, budgeting, forecasting, controllership, internal controls, and treasury management. She is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the company, leads and manages the company’s accounting, HR ERP, treasury and operational efficiencies. Jacelyn's past and present experience also includes that of Chief Financial Officer of publicly traded and private companies.

WAYNE BERNAKEVITCH - GOVERNANCE & REGULATORY & MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Wayne Bernakevitch is a senior business lawyer with the law firm, McDougall Gauley LLP, the oldest law firm in Saskatchewan. With over 25 years of experience, Wayne specializes in business development, corporate and business structuring, organization and reorganization of businesses and corporate governance. Wayne is appointed to the Queen’s Counsel and was awarded “Best Lawyers in Canada“ and "Lawyer of the Year” for Corporate Governance Practice.

Michelle Westerman – legal administrator – secretary to the board of directors

Michelle Westerman obtained her law degree in South Africa over 25 years ago and has significant experience in Canada with public and private company regulatory, compliance and administrative filings. Michelle has served as Secretary and Legal Administrator to many Board of Directors of publicly traded and private corporations.

Neil Dobson - Vice President - Business Development



Neil Dobson has over 25 years of experience in Canadian Agriculture. Neil has been an owner and executive in many agriculture companies. Specializing in adding value to landowners, Neil’s expertise in international markets and application of on the ground technology was instrumental in making Canadian food producers competitive on an international scale. Neil has thoughtfully interwoven environmental sustainability into his business approach while creating a strong message of collaboration with partners, vendors, and stakeholders.

PAT FIACCO - REGIONAL MANAGER - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Pat Fiacco served as the Mayor of Regina from 2000 to 2012. After his time in office, Pat served as the Chief Executive Officer of Tourism Saskatchewan and the Hospitals of Regina Foundation. Pat started Fiacco and Company Management Group which focussed on the economic development for First Nations, primarily in Saskatchewan. Since that time, Pat has worked with many First Nations in Western Canada focused on self-fulfilled economic sovereignty initiatives.

Steve Lajoie - Regional Manager- Business Development

Steve Lajoie has over 20 years of experience in the Canadian forestry and tree industry, with family involvement spanning over 60 years in the industry. Steve is a proud member of the Muskeg Lake Cree Nation and brings a vast amount of knowledge in relationship building as it relates to indigenous communities.

Dalyn Bear - Regional Manager- Business Development

Dalyn Bear is a proud member of the Whitecap Dakota First Nation. He served his Nation for 12 years and recently concluded his political career as Councillor in 2020.

More recently, Dalyn is building his career in the private business sector as an entrepreneur and continuing his work with youth.

Dalyn is also a member and alumni of Harvard School of Business AFOA Business Certification Program, Canadian Governor General’s Leadership Conference, Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technology, University of Saskatchewan, Thompson Rivers University and the National Aboriginal Land Managers Association.

Dalyn is also a partner and owner in FrontRunner Technologies.

Doug Whitehead has over 15 years experience with business development project administration.  Mr. Whitehead has provided administrative expertise on various projects within emerging businesses and existing construction sectors.

DR. WALID ELMOUDIR -  ORIGINATION MANAGER - Blue Hydrogen & Industrial Liquids Reclamation

Dr. Walid ElMoudir is a recognized industry expert in CO2 mitigation & management with a focus on process simulation & modelling, process design, optimization, and economic analysis. He has specific experience in CO2 cleanup required in the production of blue hydrogen, with subject matter expertise in acid gas removal systems, solvent purification, oil refining, water desalination, and is a successful author, co-inventor and multiple patent originator of contaminated, industrial liquids, reclamation-and-recycling technology. He has a BSc. and MSc. In Chemical Engineering and a Ph.D. from the University of Regina.

DR. TONY YANG -  ORIGINATION MANAGER - C02 Inground & Reservoir Sequestration



Dr. Tony Yang holds BSc, MSc, and a double Ph.D. degree in petroleum engineering from the China University of Petroleum and a Ph.D. degree in petroleum systems engineering from the University of Regina. Dr. Yang’s major expertise includes CO2 enhanced oil recovery (EOR) and gaseous storage, gaseous phase behavior, and CO2 sequestration. In addition to holding three patents, he has authored or coauthored more than 270 refereed journal articles and conference papers with over 4,400 Google Scholar Citations. Dr. Yang is the recipient of the 2011 SPE Canadian Region Formation Evaluation Award, 2013 SPE Canadian Region Reservoir Description and Dynamics Award, and 2018 SPE Canadian Region Distinguished Achievement Award for Petroleum Engineering, respectively. He is an associate editor for the Journal of Energy Resources Technology (2015- 2021).

TODD BEASLEY-  ORIGINATION MANAGER - Methane Collection & destruction

Todd  Beasley has more than 30 years experience in natural gas, processing, solvent management & liquids reclamation. He has been awarded numerous method and apparatus patents specializing in gas treating solvent purification and managing supersaturated solvents. He is an expert in positive and negative pressure distillation processes, and sub & supercritical extraction. Todd has managed research relationships with leading corporations, universities and research centres worldwide, and is considered a subject-matter-expert on methane collection, methane combustion, and methane incineration.

JEFF GROSS -  ORIGINATION MANAGER - Agriculture

Mr. Gross was the Co-founder and General Manager of C-Green Aggregators which became North Americas most prolific Agri Carbon Credit Originator and Streamer. Mr. Gross is considered a pioneer and innovator in the agriculture voluntary credit market and has an extensive background in agricultural carbon credit auditing, verification & certification, regenerative agriculture and high biomass/zero tillage farm production.

Clint Vos is the co-founder and CEO of a large quarrying, aggregates, and recycling company and has extensive industry experience in quarry production, aggregate processing, concrete and asphalt recycling, and materials management.
